What is a cupsleeve event?
Cupsleeve events (also known as CSE's) are fan-organized gatherings with an emphasis on featuring cardboard cup sleeves with unique artwork that wraps around the outside of drink cups. They are served exclusively at the location in which the event is being held, and make for a unique collectible for attendees to bring home! You can learn more about cupsleeve events here.
Where will the event be held?
Our event will be at Bak&Jo Cafe in Mesa, Arizona!
I'm an artist and would love to participate by providing artwork / tabling at the event!
Thank you so much for your interest! We are currently looking to recruit local artists to help bring our project to life. Please check our Artist Recruitment Form (CLOSED) if you're interested in being a potential guest artist for our event!*NOTE: We will be hand-selecting artists to work with us at our event. Filling out the Artist Recruitment Form will NOT guarantee your participation as an artist and will instead help us find artists to work with!
Will cosplay be permitted?
We highly encourage attendees to come dressed in cosplay to bring the spirit of the characters in Uma Musume to life! Please remember to keep our event family friendly by dressing appropriately and keeping all Uma Musume character cosplays within Cygames's official Uma Musume: Pretty Derby policies.
Am I allowed to distribute freebies at your event?
As long as you are not selling the items that you are distributing, attendees are free to distribute their own creations and merchandise at our event!
What kinds of exclusives will be available at the event?
We are providing a variety of exclusives at our event to bring you delightful memories for years to come! You can see the details of our merchandise offerings [here](). Additionally, Bak&Jo will be collaborating with us to bring you exclusively themed drinks!
Will you host events outside of Arizona?
PonPoko Fan Events aims to serve the local Arizona community first and foremost, and regretfully, we cannot cannot promise that events will be hosted outside of Arizona anytime soon. We hope that our events will inspire other event planners outside of Arizona to create similar popups & gatherings to bring their own communities together!
